I was going to answer you, but I thought?? actually I cannot stand steamed bread! as for me, any China bakery- good is not that good unless it's one of those little egg tarts the Portuguese got the Chinese hooked on. I want crusty caraway rye topped off by sweet butter!!! I'll exit China late this week.. the Vatican for 4days then off to E.Europe.. Poland, the Baltics, Scandinavia, exit to Iceland (Europe- 2.5mos) for a few days before Chicago. Then Seattle. I'll stay in the States for no more than a month. (I remember that shit Wonderbread (plastic bags with balloons on it) that came out in the '50's.. "building strong bodies a dozen ways". such shit in comparison to the old bakeries great breads sold in paper back then.. Chicago. By the way.. I have the Dodgers & the Cards on my computer (sports free- service.. stolen). It's almost 10:30am Sat now.. our big adventure is getting big cheeseburgers/ a pizza late this late afternoon/ early eve. of course, all on my nickel. we have to get a 20min cab ride for a decent Aussieburger! I'm having too much fun, just cranked out a fart.. I have to get a grip on my China reality.
