IFSC came out with good news today. Here's a clipping from Briefing:

INTERFERON SCIENCES INC (IFSC) 6 1/2 +1 5/16. Biotech shares have soared 25% this morning, after the company
announced the completion of its preliminary analysis of the data
from its Phase 3 double-blind study of ALFERON N
Injection in HIV-infected patients. Interferon Sciences believes that the results of the preliminary analysis are positive and the
company is therefore proceeding with a pre-filing meeting with the FDA, scheduled for mid-March 1998, at which such results will
be presented. In addition, the company intends to request priority review, under FDA procedures for review of drugs for serious and
life-threatening diseases, of the application for approval the company anticipates filing with the FDA.

Joe - NOVL, what are the current estimates. I used to follow them closely, but they never moved out of the same range. What do you see happening for them? Been watching NETZ only.

Thanks
Randy

EXCELLENT CALL Joe!

NETZ 0.687500 +0.287500 (+71.88%)

Unfortunately I cannot day-trade and my buy order last night for today was 2 cents below the low for the day and it was not filled.

Could you or Last educate us rookies? ... a few questions:

Is it too late to jump on this boat?

A quote from one of the news releases by ZULU stated the following: "ZULU said it intends to maintain its independence and continues to review its options to list its shares on NASDAQ's national
market system or The American Stock Exchange and expects to retain a major investment banking firm shortly."

NETZ is now an OTC stock. Is it a stock therefore that has already been released as an IPO? What purpose does the investment banking firm serve? Will more stock be released? At what price could that be and how would that affect the value and amount of shares already owned by an individual who owns the OTC stock? Does the firm have to have a minimum share value to get listed on one of the bigger exchanges?

TIA for your input.
Peter
