They rebate "CASH" in the end of each "MONTH"
and credit to your waterhouse account

One drawback:
No automatic answering system.
If you want to work on your account, you have to go thru bank clerk.
They ask you a lot of questions before you get any simple answer
even the balance.It's ok with 24hrs support.

Eddie, I've had excellent luck with the card. As others have said, you get a 1% credit to your account automatically. I'd also like an automated system, but one does get real humans quickly--which is very nice, too.

Another point--when I needed an adjustment made, they went out of their way to accomodate. They'll also refund late and interest fees without a fuss, if it's due to a snafu with, e.g., their electronic bill payment system (which can be touchy to set up, but which is excellent once it's working well.)
