COLD. I've looked before, passed, but I'll consider again for reversion-to-mean opp.

I like that COLD has a business (cold storage) of good size (compared to smaller competitors) and has developed/expanded ancillary opportunities around that. Stock's down near lows, and has usually traded much higher. Seems like a steady business, so maybe the stock's a good reversion-to-mean candidate.

Dividend yield about 5%, hasn't really changed in several years. And shares outstanding generally have risen. For some reason unknown to me, revenue/sh was halved somewhere between 2017-2018, and has not moved up since. The discussion and cautionary here about it's unusual and persistent lack of positive earnings is a dissuading aspect.

A positive element for me (and you) might be the ceo and cfo insider buys reported last month.
