These guys are real jokers--they issue a release saying they will explain the .11 EPS. Since they can't figure out how to do that, they issue a release on an entirely different topic. Can anyone interpret this? Who made the equity investment? BAM? At what price? Are we looking at another 40MM shares out here?

Jim, you're right...

$.11/share news not included. I thought the news they reported was decent, but not complete.

I am going to call the company and see if they are having a hard time finding good PR help. I know some excellent people who write copy for public companies.
