The National Endowment for Democracy is a CIA cutout created by Reagan to subvert governments overseas. LA Mayor Karen Bass was on the board of directors of the NED. At the same time, she was on the Congressional committee conducting oversight on the NED. Karen Bass was the #2 most senior member of the board of directors at NED, while simultaneously on the committee in Congress in charge of keeping NED in line.
