UR very fortunate. Wish I'd know how good they really were then. Could only focus on a few favs at a time. That's a challenge for most mid level professional performers on solo guitar & vocals who never learned to read music.

Not a barrier for Clapton. He was a genius. One of the great inspirations of my life. Blessed to be in the same generation.

The Beach Boys was my first concert I saw them in Oct 1966 in Detroit, Good Vibrations had just been released. The Group Left Banke was the opening act.
