TAFKA<[]>: OK, since you have decided not to pursue it, and as per clause 64, paragraph 3:

(and I quote:)

"...should recipient of said moniker fail to make proper and timely use (empasis mine) of said moniker, or fail in timely payments of royalties (emphasis mine) to [fill in all royalty recipients here], all rights and privileges pertaining thereto and henceforth forever until the end of time shall revert to and be reconvened and readjusted with and upon the former (original) inventor of said moniker, to do with as he may see fit so to speak..."

Unfortuanately, I don't know what to do with it either, but I see some light at the end of the barbacoa. If you would occasionally refer to yourself as "TAFKA<[]>" in a public forum, I see no actual cause to bring in the barristers. As an example, during May, you could refer to yourself thusly; TAFKA<[o|o]>, and it seems to me that the spirit of the agreement would be upheld.

warmest regards, pete
