I really don't know. Stocks that drop as fast as CIEN has on heavy volume sometimes take a while to turn around. There are near-term issues, and I'm not saying that CIEN should be back at 50 instantly. But what I am saying is that short-term issues such as a large dependance on few customers will be resolved and I am saying that LU is behind CIEN and I am saying that CIEN is going to astound people with it's growth in the next several years. (Either that or they will be acquired).

It really doesn't matter to me. Everytime it drops a few points I will buy more.

All I know is CIEN is a company I have wanted to own since before they even came public. They were so expensive when they IPO'd that I was PO'd. I felt sleighted like I couldn't get in on a fantastic opportunity. I have waited patiently for a year for CIEN to stumble so I could buy some to tuck away.

Now I have my chance...

Do you think it will drop that much??

Jan,

Craig is typically contrarian to a thread. He is often correct. I have not come to his answer as of yet but in either case, this stock should be doing well in a few months. We all need moral support<G>
