Market is rotating into laggards, small caps and mid caps that have completed their bear markets, which, in most instances, have been a lot worse than 20% declines. Some have fallen 50% or greater and have been used as sacrificial lambs for the Mag 7.

I view this rotation as healthy.

Breadth thrust, sure learned about that -g- Entry/exit works on all time scales. It does not need to be perfect, just enough to keep winning. How do you cut your losses? My personal preference is to never carry a losing position, so my entry has to be very good and I chicken out easily. This has nothing to do with a bearish mind set. My favorite index is the vix, still from options trading times. I need automatic signals and lots of back tests for any kind of trading.
