Quite a few shipping companies (that aren't sh1tcos) are up 30%+ from the April lows.

This tender offer you keep humping seems a red herring, imo. It's been out there a while and keeps getting extended. Why haven't you tendered your shares many times over? Seems like a free money ATM. What am I missing because apparently there is something you and the market are given the stock price action. Just an FYI.
