Wharfie, ICE is raiding workplaces. And going after who? The hypocritical MAGA cultists who say "Deport them all" but still hire them to mow lawns? The family farm owners who don't bother to check for proper documentation when they hire migrant laborers? The small business owners, such as mom-n-pop shops, restaurants, and contractors? I don't see ICE going after them. Or DHS. Or Department of Labor. Instead, ICE is going after the poor laborers themselves. All to ramp up the numbers, which are a LOT lower than what the Trump regime wants to see. Trump has chosen the most police state approach to the problem. All for the likes. All to satisfy the carnivorous MAGA faithful, who just want to see brown people hauled off in chains to a Salvadorian gulag. Trump will never solve the root causes of illegal immigration, but he doesn't have do. All he has to do is blame his predecessors for his own failures. And mark my words, Trump is already failing.
