Bonefish, I thought no hablo ingles was what Biden told them to say. That's EXACTLY what the ICE-IS thugs were told to believe. Anytime they hear the phrase, "No habla ingles," they have to assume that the detainee is faking it. But the truth is that the ICE-IS thugs themselves are faking their inability to translate. Like I said, they don't give a shit. All they care about is meeting deportation quotas, and giving detainees the "privilege" of translation services will cut into their numbers.
