Hi Bob, I've been lurking on this thread off and on. It has certainly made me feel better knowing that there are members on SI who feel so strongly about their convictions. Myself, I have always wondered about the fate of those who have never had the opportunity to learn about the Bible, our Lord, and the Father. My first bible school was a one on one with a missionary nun when I was 7. It has affected me tremendously to this day. I personally believe that there is a measure for the sincerity and goodness in one's heart and soul, and that children who are not able to make a conscious decision or those not exposed to Christ are justly measured from above. What kind of measure is there for an aborigine(sp?) who was never exposed to the word? I believe that God is just, and that God is merciful, and that the kindness in one's heart is the ultimate measure. Jin.
