ASML was at the ING conference yesterday evening (in Scottsdale, Arizona). I don't know how important that was nor anything else about it.

There is also a Robertson Stephens Tech conference this week. Although the company is not going to be there, ASML is part of their research universe.

Steven, Fundamentally you are absolutely right. Although I thought ASML would continue to be a day trader until pre-earning announcements were made. I believe this run up is fundamental and psychological. Due to the strong resistance met at the 80 level, I believed it would have taken a step back before popping the 80 dollar cherry. Was I ever wrong... I have been way to focused on S.Korea to see the relevance of the admission, into the AEX. I still believe in a strong buy over the long term but I'm hoping for a little step back so I can cover my positions. I had been long for the better part of three months and enjoyed the tremendous volatility over the past couple of months. I only wish I had a parachute today !! I still believe ASML has a hill to climb with Hyundai... Time will heal all wounds....Regards...
