Internet Explorer 4 has the feature to download pages for offline reading. You can specify how many levels of links should be visited and downloaded.
If you try this with the bookmark page as starting point you will visit every remove link and remove the subject but you may add it back with the add subject link in the thread and post pages.
I don't really know what the end result of those competing forces will be. I only read a post where someone wondered why his bookmarks were automatically disappearing. The remove subject links was proposed as a possible culprit.
