Today in a 8-K it was announced long-time board member Larry Romell resigned and they are adding some major M&A/Restructuring/Bankruptcy hitters to the board in Roger Meltzer & Carol Flaton. Roger is Chairman Emeritus for DLA Piper & Carol has 30 years in finance and restructuring. Each is getting paid $50K a month and no stock (which seems obvious if equity is cancelled). Will keep following it as it unravels but it would appear bankruptcy is inching closer. You don't bring this firepower in for a debt exchange - the law firms they hired could have handled that. -Sean
