Gerald, perhaps you could check out the Seibe site (if any) and see if they A. promote Wonderware B. promote TAVA. Also might try and contact both Wonderware and Seibe via Email to ask if TAVA relationship is going to be enhanced or cut back.

Jim

Dear Gerry: Thats the way I see it too, but of course I look at a half full glass. haha. So long as the Wonderware agreement is honored and I can see no reason why it wont be, I dont see any negative here. Skeptic worries about the competition several years from now but thats too far out for me to worry about. Plus, TAVA doesnt have 5,000 employees. If we are lucky they will have 500 engineers. Its a big market out there and we only need a small piece of it to grow and grow. Given all the top drawer clients TAVA has I think that it is incomprehensible that they wont do well PROVIDED they give their clients outstanding service NOW. Once TAVA is INTIMATELY familiar with their clients systems, why would they want to change to a stranger?? JDN
