Mark,

I think this is just normal trading activity. I'm not sure there's going to be a significant move after the merger. Continued positive news like today's, backed up by revenue growth, is what's going to move this stock. Particularly revenue growth, though, which is why I think things will be a little quiet until near the end of the quarter - at least quieter than some might hope for!

So is this decline due to the merger being so close, or just a part of daily stock trading?

I would have thought the IBM announcement would have had a bit of an upward effect on the stock price.
