Can you explain in detail the mathematical steps to arrive a such probabilities you wish Brinker ot assert in his forecasts ?

If you can provide such a detailed explanation, you may not want to post it here. Instead, you may want to classify the detail calculations as "proprietary" and start you own market timing newsletter. Perhaps its title should be "DipyTimer" :-)

Perhaps you should volunteer for psychiatric research.

the human race in some definitive way. Or, failing that,
why don't you apply for a job at the Weather Channel?
