Elvis may as well have signed these certs, since he wasn't an officer of this company and neither is Mike Puhr, who did sign them. Would anyone out there in the bleachers happen to know why someone who is not an officer of a company, would be the signator of stock certificates and what, if any, effect there would be if a legal situation arose?
