The first does have a point about exploration and production, but I don't share that concern. Sure you normally have a production sharing agreement in hand, but I have seen them renogiated depending on what is found. On the 28% royalty, far cheaper than 50% government ownership once commericalbility is declared which is the norm in most countries. Spud it and turn it to the right, DRILL AHEAD!!
