The value (to me) is in this data, not text books.

Ok, it does seem to be more than University text books, but what it is is too complex to fathom from their last earnings release. Maybe a winner, without a deeper understanding of exactly what they're doing (Learning segment??), hard to say.

Doesn't seem super cheap - 10x free cash flows. It's inexpensive perhaps for a company with such a nice dividend growth record and centuries of operation.

Sorry for the reaction - the university textbook business is one of the things that pisses me off. It seems like a decent tech disruptor entity could cut profits out of that business pretty easily, but none do. The profits are just money that goes to professors ripping off their students by charging them too much for something the professor requires that they purchase. Stupid professors.
