Victor, I do not have any information on delisting but will look into it. I do know that from the recent management shuffle and very recent hiring of three marketing professionals that MEHL is struggling. There is a meeting in Orlando beginning tomorrow(2/27/98) of dermatologists where MEHL is planning on a big marketing scheme. If, and that's a big if, they are successful, it will still be a distance out there before any real cash flow begins.At least that's my read of the situation. John
