Style, We're agreeing way too much these days. As for the comment by Greg H20... Greg a great CEO would have brought in a guy like Ashby before problems arose...not after. It's true that great leaders surround themselves with great people, but at some point great companies need great leaders. That is, it's not enough to simply have great people.... you need visionaries at the helm - especially in the high-tech world. Look at the leaders in the industry. MSFT/Gates, Intel/Grove, Cisco/Chambers, Sun/McNeely, 3Com/Benhamou, Ellison/Oracle, House/Bay, Ebbers/WorldCom,..even Newbridges Matthews is better respected... Gary
