Mike, I think you are missing the point, If there are no contraindications to using the drug why would the doctor not use it? Do you think he has some innnate knowledge that tells him that he knows better than the studies? Everything we prescribe in pill form is a systemic drug and we depend on the medical literature to tell us what the risks are when using it. After you use it for a while according to indications and you see if you have any problems will you have a chance to put your predjudices into action. Ed
