If you've held and followed since the nineties, I'm surprised you're disappointed. Management have consistently provided the minimum information required by law, except when they didn't and a court ordered them to provide more to their shareholders. I held in the nineties, sold the majority years ago but hung on to some on the promise UDC would have blue "when needed." But I judged it was needed to support the high P/E two or three years ago. The P/E went even higher for longer than I expected, but I had no regrets.
