We picked fruit in high school

Loved it..

It was strawberries where I went to school. Kids as young as 14 were doing it. All fine and dandy, but there are not enough school kids to get it done, even if they were willing to do the work these days.

I bet your parents loved being able to take those 4 years off work while you supported your family and paid off the mortgage.

Kids nowadays are too busy playing video games to do something like that.
