The only conclusion is someone is buying and someone is selling, as for leaked info, the total value of this is all under $15,000 so all one can infer is that some small investors are at work.
This close to news and volume should be way up with speculation, which it is not which is odd. Not a good sign in my experience with resource plays.

Welcome to the thread and I hope you will enjoy it. I will ask someone else to answer your question as I do not have an answer myself. My approach is to speculate based on my understanding of the odds of the underlying value turning out to be there and I supplement that with charts. However I have noticed that some are quite skilled in interpreting the trading action. Hopefully you are and can explain how this is done and give us insight as more trading on volume develops. Thanks. All roads lead to Rome (or Bellingham as the case may be).
