I believe RNTK feels it has a gap in marketing ability and business acumen, hence, the appointing of the HR veteran to pull in talent. At the Bloomberg Conference I attended, the TX representative responsible for GTL partnerships said that SLHO was a highly entrepreneurial firm. You could tell from how he said it he holds them in high esteem and feels they are savvy businessmen. He did not give such a compliment to RNTK. I think RNTK is trying to shore up their executive branch to more effectively compete.
