Hi WEagle, Very easy. I have an account with Schwab. Click on research and read the Edgar SEC reports. If everything looks good and honest, then study the balance sheet. Others have other studies, but that is the quick and dirty exposure of potential problems for me. I have been to almost all brokerages over the years. I find the Schwab website difficult to totally absorb - always learning - I HOPE! Still studying their research tab. Best of trades! Bob
