Let's see...

(1) Ed Pettee posted a link to a story about the political maneuvering within the senate over the video poker bill.

(2) I commented on that story - musing that perhaps the anti-gaming politicians would rather not win in the senate so as to preserve this as a campaign issue through the upcoming election.

(3) You responded that gaming is an insignificant political platform issue compared to other evils.

(4) I disagreed, arguing that the inflammatory, anti-gaming rhetoric makes for a powerful political argument.

At first I thought you were just preaching to the choir, but then you attack me directly with accusations of closed-mindedness and ignorance. What? Did you think I was espousing the views of the anti-gaming crowd? Wow, that "bible-thumping, morally self-righteous" jab just went right over your head, didn't it.
