I'm waiting for a response from IR. However, my thoughts are whenever you have a secondary or convertible offering the stock tends to stagnant or go lower. Usually, lower. Consequently, it throws a big red flag up to lighten up or for shorts to pile on. I think with todays volume we are seeing both. For those taking long positions, the up coming weeks could provide some buying opportunities. IMO, Don.

At first glance it seems dilutive and thats not good for longs. But if they need cash its one of the cheaper ways to raise it.
