While I don't think Iran's nuclear program was setback by all that much, I also don't think Iran was "victorious" by any stretch of the imagination.

Bibi once again proved that Iran is a paper tiger. Their air defenses failed. They couldn't repel an airstrike launched by a nation that has 1/10 the population. Said tiny nation was also able to pick-n-choose any target above ground to destroy at will.

Iran can only fight back through their proxies, namely Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi camel-fukkers, but all three of them are beaten and bruised.

The Iranian regime survives, but their violent reach across the Middle East has been greatly reduced.
