Congratulations! Good detective work! However, you could have saved yourself a lot of time by simply going back and re-reading the thread. The suit has been discussed NUMEROUS times. It's simply Paul's feable attempt to place blame on others. It's really quite pathetic. He tried to pull the same ole stuff with investors over on the TEIM thread. Threatning to sue ~anyone~ that said something distasteful to him or his company(if u can call it that). Making other people the scapegoats. Quite pathetic indeed! But, you have to keep in mind, that's what these type of people do.
And Firenza, if you want to do a little digging then here's a great starting point for you. Go back and read the TEIM thread. Start from fricken DAY ONE! Try to coincide the particular posts with TEIM's stock price performance. Once you've done that, click on the 30 or so people's personal profiles and e-mail them. Ask them what they think about Paul Ebeling and their investment in TEIM. Okay, once you get your little census together, ask yourself this question. Is their a common market maker of Tridon Enterprises(TEIM) and North American Exploration(NAMX)? Well, I'll answer it for you, YES! Name: ERNST. Now, ask yourself this question: Who in the hell do you think has access to this particular market maker? Well, I'll give you a hint, it aint us little investors out in la la land. Did you realize that there are only TWO individuals who own 80% of Tridon Enterprises? I'd be willing to bet that these two individuals also own a BIG chunck of NAMX too. So, when your little detective work is done, report back to the thread with something significant this time...

Hi FIRENZA,

IMHO Since NAMX was confident enough to bring the suit, they may have proof that statements made against the company are incorrect. If the case goes to court, then statements made against NAMX would have to be proven false by NAMX. This would be extremely pleasing to shareholders as many issues would necessarily have to be resolved. The fact that NAMX took the offensive is also very pleasing to me. Now I only hope the matter goes to court.
