So, I am in the cheap sectors that most traders avoid. I am not complaining, at least not today or this week, minus Wednesday. Small cap value rallied nicely during the Dotcom Bust.

You definitely need an investing Psychiatrist to get over all your fears in regard to investing/trading. Not saying you are deranged in general. There are Psychiatrists who specialize in rehabilitating investing/trading phobias, which you clearly manifest. My wife, who is a Psychiatrist and has read some of your posts tells me you definitely need an investing Psychiatrist. Look at all the money you have lost by being scared to invest/trade.
