Just picked up some March 22.5s on this "loser" for 2 9/16.

There will be a rebound - this is way overdone. BEST or someone will query MRVC in more detail on the inventory "problem" and issue a statement - watch and see.

My stock purchases today are long term keepers. My options will make money in the next 2 weeks.

All of you people who are so afraid of MRVC should sell here and buy INTC at $95.

Hey Dan, good to see you're still here. Very disappointing day in MRV. In my oddest dreams I wouldn't have expected today's reaction by the market place.

In the short run you are right. The market likes buying the Rock of Gibraltar. This is one of those times though when us individual investors with longer time horizons will likely outscore the pros. Stocks hit a real quagmire when they transition from a small "story" stock to something that starts to look like a real company.

Eventually, as earnings and revenue continue to grow, MRVC will carry a smaller and smaller multiple until it gets to the point where it starts looking interesting even to the street. What are we at now, about 18 times 98 earnings?

I'm hanging in there. Hopefully you are as well.
