Broader market imploding? Advances beat declines on the NYSE by a 4 to 1 margin.

That kind of divergence spoken of can last for 18 months, which is what took place before the dotcom bust.

And what makes you think small cap value will tank if the Mag 7 rolls over? History suggests that is not necessarily the case.

Furthermore, here is a chart of a large cap ETF minus the Mag 7. Does this look like it is imploding?

You are so out of touch with these markets for two prime reasons:

1. You are an outsider with no positions outside of safe, secure investments. No way can you analyze markets properly by being a spectator.

2. You have been mostly risk averse for as long as I have known you due to phobias and fears of loss.

You are the equivalent of a drug or alcohol addict on the financial stock market level and refuse to get help and recognize the problem.
