Ya gotta love the legal system.<g> Excerpts from the article (emphasis mine):

State Attorney General Charlie Condon and other opponents of the games hope U.S. District Judge Joseph Anderson's request will force the Supreme Court to address the lottery issue that it so far has managed to avoid.

The justices, however, could decide to return the entire matter to Anderson for him to deal with.

Did we make any progress to resolving the legal problem?

It doesn't matter what happens in S.C. to VGM., what matters is earnings, earnings, earnings.
The CC said they will be flat in 98, period.
This takes in consideration for the VGM machines thru June 99.
This company needs to make up for the dilution, thru revenues and earnings.
Otherwise this stock will meander around 4 and drift to 3 soon.
It may spurt on false hopes, but right now it is dead money, dead money, when the whole stock market right now is rocketing to new high.
Dead money is as good as a CD for that matter.

Good Luck, in finding the silver lining, it may come someday, afterall what else is there to wish for?

Sincerely,

jim

PS: BNGO shareholder,, hoping for the silver lining also.
