Read Replies (1) | Respond to of 1583505 Bill, Another win for the rule of law, the Constitution, and America. Bullshit on all three. All the Supreme Court did was limit the reach of judicial injunctions to involve just the parties involved in the case and not to the entire nation. However, their ruling is VERY confusing, as these lower court judges have to interpret FEDERAL law, which by definition applies to the ENTIRE nation. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court implied that federal law can be interpreted one way by one lower court judge, and another way by another lower court judge. That's not a win for the rule of law. That's actually a big loss. As for the Constitution, give me a break. The specific injunction in question relates to Trump's blatant "reinterpretation" of the 14th amendment. A win for the Constitution would be if the Supreme Court allowed the lower courts to call bullshit on Trump breaking the law, instead of limiting that call to just the specific case involved. In other words, every single person who was screwed over by Trump's bullshit will have to sue individually, and some of them WILL lose because that's the nature of the court system. One interpretation for one court, another for a different court. And you can bet your fat ass that Trump and the Bald Goebbels will do EVERYTHING possible to funnel all cases toward lower court judges that agree with his bullshit "reinterpretations." So no, this isn't a win for the Constitution, either. As for a win for America, that all depends on whether you believe in transforming America into an Orange monarchy. We already know you believe in that, but most of America doesn't. Tenchusatsu P.S. - How goes your mission to retake the Panama Canal, Bill?
