Bill is right. They ARE throwing rocks at the ICE-IS thugs.

However, Bill is also wrong in believing that ICE-IS is following the law, because they are not.

Instead, they are following orders.

Brumar, just wanted to share a thought with you.

You know how Bill the Bootlicker is bemoaning the fact that protesters are throwing rocks at the ICE-IS agents?

It'd be a lot better if the protesters threw glitter bombs at the ICE-IS agents instead.

Glitter, as you know, (and as Mark Rober from YouTube can tell you,) is extremely hard to remove from the body.

Imagine an ICE-IS agent finishing his shift and stopping by the grocery store on the way home. Everyone will see that he has glitter stuck in his face, hair, and shoes.
