Technical Analysis of ERGB

Coz,

seeing as I cannot email you (you refuse to post your email address), I will post this message here.

Given Coz is now a technician, lets get a daily update on ERGB.

Today ERGB made a new low then closed higher for the day. Coz, isn't this a reversal? I don't believe that it is a "key reversal", but according to my technical knowledge it may be a bulish sign if confirmed over the next day or two ( if the low holds). The volume is a little higher than it has been lately, and this tends to mean something.

More later.

Ernie

(Coz, if I have a J.D., can I also call myself Dr. ??)

DISCLAIMER AND WARNING.

You are foolish to think that any advice on the internet is good enough to trade with. I would especially be wary of any advice or rumor from anyone who does not post their email address or their real name.

Technical analysis is simply looking at a bunch is lines on a screen and hoping the past repeats itself. Be cautious before you rely on this advice, or any other advice that anyone posts on this thread (including my own). I do not purport to know what the future will hold, and if anyone does, please email me and tell me your secret.

(Coz, if a lawyer wrote your disclaimer, ask for your money back!)

Technical Analysis Update.

Kind of an interesting last few days, no? Quite large volume in ERGB and the stock did not go up, did not go down.

Taking a look at the weekly charts, there appears to be support at
about $ 5.00 - $ 4.50. People seem to be wanting to test those support levels. From my own personal experience with support levels, if they hold, the people who were testing the levels tend to get out, as no one wants to be be the last one out the door.

But that all depends on if that support level holds.

Also a note, from the past, it seems after there have been high volume days, things seem to settle down and low volumes with small ranges occur for a while. Maybe things will be slow for the time being.

Jim, you are right about the resistance levels. But from what I can read of the charts, we have 3 immediate levels of resistance overhead : 5 7/8, 6 1/2 and 7.00 .

Have to wait and see.

Ernie.

p.s. Dr. Coz, Lunch may be a bit tight this week. I just got back into town last night, and have quite a few things to catch up on. I will likely have to postpone the Houston trip this week. What is your schedule like?
