That's why there expenses are so low. No need to upgrade the system until the year 2020.

I agree. It should be apparent to anyone with a technology background that either:

1. AOL's system administrators are TOTAL MORONS

or

2. AOL's marketing folk are using a power outage excuse to mask SEVERE CAPACITY problems that cause periodic system-wide outages.
