I think the day traders will clear out a bit and the stock will dip a little and then the buyers will come back in the last few minutes hoping that they can get it cheap b/c they anticipate an open much higher than the close.

Somebody mentioned why the two press releases? Cursory glance does, indeed, show that they are somewhat different. Not so much in contents, but, in how it is written. They also included "contact" phone numbers- Softbank Interactive Marketing /website on the second release ie., Linda Segervall, echomedia.com, and Simweb.com.
