Exactomundo! It will not happen until they see another institution buying in front of them. Then cheap greed of accumulation, becomes greed of the fast price markup. Ideally, we'll see price mark up of 1 to 3 cents every 100 shares and then the volume assures the momentum. I think we are close. If the small players like us, bet on the rise, chances are it will occur! Meeting greed at the discount window, always points out their dark side is over. Then greed to the mark up phase breeds, and price increases at 100 lot intervals happens. It is the exact opposite of trying to bail out of a position and every hundred shares sold, drops the price by more than a penny. OH the larceny, eh? Bob
