Certainly would love an opportunity to see/hear CFO Earl Mason. He certainly seems to be a very key player in pulling off the DEC assimilation and the new strategies. Sounds like the rest of CPQ team 'ain't too shabby' either. They're definitely gearing up to 'be there' for the enterprise; helping the CIO's increase productivity and reduce cost of ownership (all the right words).

Mason refers to a model for assimilation he's very confident about, and that they'll 'unveil at time of closing'. How far off is this, anyone know the planned close date? It's certainly got my interest; I'll bet a lot of wall street folks want to hear too.
