William, if you didn't sell when it was 14, why would you bow out now, given the turnaround specialist saw enough value there to risk $350m plus another $10m from Dr. Payson ? But yes the company is still in ICU, and they can still back out if there is problem in raising the $350 debt financing.

PRIVATE LAWSUIT:!!!!!!!!!!!

After todays conference call I believe that all the lawsuits are not only proper but SOLID (dazeyydee aka Worswick can lump it if he doesn't like, He can also use his ant spray at the can of worms opened).

I am mad as hell at a mannagement who lied without shame as well as oftheir selling out shareholders TODAY. I believe Wiggins should be criminaly prosecuted.

If you lost money and are mad to the tune that you wish to join a PRIVATE LAWSUIT (on contingincy basically at no cost before recovery) E_MAIL ME AT STOCKDEALS@aol.com. It your loss really don't bother you please don'e e-mail me.

I also think that Wiggins deserves NO GOLDEN PARACHUTES for lieing and misleading shareholders. BTW he made millions on his options and was more than fairly compensated.
