It would serve us right if they yanked the World Cup or Olympics from us.
Maybe I should go see some events at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. There should be plenty of available tickets.

Of course, it's likely that the only athletes that show up come from RuZZia or BelaRuZ. And they're going to be jacked up on super-soldier serum ...

When Motel 6 charges $500 per night for a room, you can forget tourist visits, much less the Olympics or World Cup. Hotels will close. Lots of them. Unless they take a page from that idiot socialist mayoral candidate in NYC and have the government take them over. Grocery stores, hotels, what could be next?.
