adjacent to my left hand is a very expensive, very heavy duty, hard teal-plastic cased Makita 12 volt driver, with a magnetic insert bit tip. You can put whatever size head you want on there. OH OH OH!! I am driven mad by desire, inflamed by lust! My vacuum cleaners have served me well, but perhaps it's time I moved on to power tools. OOOUUUGGGHHH!! AAAAGGGHHHHH!!

This is a little obscure, but you'll appreciate it. I've had dozens of these experiences, that's why I know I'll live to be 110; the last house I did (before the Dark Times) was a move on. 1500 sq. ft. English Tudor house. built in 1940, 1/2" oak floors, mahogany doors, 10' ceilings, the works. bought it for 2500 bucks. got the 900 sq. ft. garage too. cut the whole roof off to move it; cut all the vents off about 6" above the "new" 2nd floor line. The plan was to put the roof back on at the new site and make a 2nd floor at the same time, using the tiny 1st floor dining room as the new stairwell. OK. I'm at the new site, the sub is there framing the 2nd floor. The staircase is just now done. I walk up to see how it's going. Gomer the day laborer has just tossed down the next sheet of 3/4 plywood subfloor. Something seems...not right. I stand there for about 2 minutes while he glues up the ply, and then I figure out that he Sawzalled my main vent because that darn plywood wouldn't lay down flat. Caught him in time. Fortunate, because I probably would not have remembered to check it until I started the plumbing, which was after we moved in.
