It drops down to 21% increased productivity on 4-hours of work, so there is a sliding scale whereas it appears workers who use AI for the toughest tasks/projects get an immediate boost in productivity.

I've found that to be the case. When working trading strategies using AI, I get immediate results. Same with spreadsheets.

It's still a massive gain in productivity any way you cut it, unless you're using it while working for the government <G>
